Need to make a claim?

All repairs must be carried out by an authorised smart Retailer. Contact your authorised smart Retailer and inform them that your vehicle is protected by a smart Extended Warranty. The Retailer will arrange to investigate the fault and if it is covered they will process your claim on your behalf.

You may also authorise repair work in Continental Europe if you breakdown while traveling abroad.
